Stayed thare last night . It was clean quiet with a small fridge and microwave . Huge comfy bed . For $ 54.00 including tax you just can't beat it .
For a simple hotel this place is amazing for the price. It is clean, spacious and everyone is really friendly. They keep it simple with the basics: wifi, breakfast (pastries, cereal, coffee, oatmeal), and there's an outdoor pool. Check this place out if you need a place to stay. Its about 5 minutes from Franklin, VA.

Be warned! I am very displeased with the housekeeping of this hotel. My family has stayed here twice since February and have came home with scabies! The first time it takes up to 8 weeks for symptoms to show so we could not positively conclude that was where we contracted it. The most recent time we stayed was on 7/1 and by 7/7 two of my sons had developed rash looking spots similar to the first "rash" from staying there. I called the manager to report this she was very unconcerned. All she could say was that we couldn't prove that is where we got it, others (very many construction workers) have stayed there with no complaint (if it takes up to 8 weeks to develop any symptoms people may not be able to pin point the location it was originally contracted), and she as well informed me that comforters are only washed ONCE a month not per visit. She then informed me that the room I stayed in is a very frequented room. Needless to say I'm out $64 for the room and $60+ for a doctor's visit and medication to treat my entire household because only a prescription can kill the mites; yes scabies are mites! for something that could easily have been prevented if they just washed the comforters like they are suppose to do after each visit. A better option would be Quality Inn Suites in Franklin, VA if you are looking for something clean and local.
